Well Beyond is a mobile therapy practice and an out-of-network, private pay provider. This allows us the freedom and flexibility to tailor our treatment plan and services to the unique needs of your family and child. We do not accept any insurances; however, we will gladly provide you with a detailed receipt called a Superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement policies for our services.
Payment is due at the time of services. We accept cash, check, FSA/HSA, and debit/credit cards. Please contact us to schedule or to inquire about pricing. Ask about our pay ahead packages for exclusive discounts!

Occupational Therapy (OT)
Areas of concern frequently addressed in OT include: fine motor delays, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation, difficulty tolerating or participating in self-care routines, self-feeding skills, ‘picky’ eating, sleep challenges, attention deficits, difficulty following directions or tolerating transitions within routines, play skills, social skills, executive functioning skills, & handwriting

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (Myo)
Areas of concern frequently addressed in Myo include: pre and post-op frenectomy (TOT release), tongue thrust, mouth breathing, sleep disturbances, sucking habits, postural problems, TMJ, teeth clenching or grinding, & improper chewing or swallowing
Myo Screening 30-min
Comprehensive Myo or TOT Evaluation 1.5 hrs
Follow-up Myo Therapy Session (ages 4 & up) 30-min
